First of all we are open and will continue in our efforts to serve our customer base to the best of our ability while instrumenting some safeguards and risk preventing protocols.
Due to the ongoing concerns of COVID 19 and the risk to our employees and the community we have decided to lock the front entrance doors to the public to minimize risk of exposure to our employees.
Our parts and service departments remain fully operational BUT we ask you to call 705-742-3411 to ask for Parts or Service prior to coming in. We will be most happy to arrange for pick-up or delivery or your parts. Parts can be picked up at the rear parts warehouse door.
For service please call ahead and explain the service required, drop off your keys and we will call you to advise of any services required and when the unit is ready for pickup. We will have the unit go through a 15 minute sanitation prior to repair and again at the end of the service. The client will be billed for the first 15 minute cleaning.
All of our personnel will be required to consistantly be wiping down surfaces as much as possible and practice good hygiene, ie washing hands and practicing social distancing.
Together we will keep the trucks rolling for the essential supplies and our staff healthy and working. Nothing is more important than our communities well being and that of our customers.
